RATED ADVANCED DUE TO THE LONGER UPHILL APPROACH RIDE> Fast, flowy downhill. Drops nearly 250' in less than a mile. Bikes can reach speeds of over 30mph on this track. Please be aware of bikers coming up behind you. You must yield and let them pass. Keep in mind this trail is only easily looped on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It requires a 2 mile ride to the start gate. With a fully charged GT, You can reasonably loop the trail 4-5 times. Due to daily direction changes, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays require a longer ride to this trail head (4.2 miles, 330' feet of elevation increase, 2-3 loops on a GT).

Directions from Parking to Trail
READ THOROUGHLY The segment is located on a single direction trail. However, the access trails change direction by day of the week. To access the trail ride Ursa Major in correct direction for the day of the week, to Fiddlehead. Ride Fiddlehead (in proper direction) to the Beechdrops trail head. Ursa Major and Fiddlehead should be ridden in Counter-clockwise direction on Sun, Mon, Wed, and Friday. On these days you can immediately begin the climb up Ursa Major to loop the trail again. Ursa Major and Fiddlehead should be ridden in a clockwise direction on Tue, Thur, and Saturday. On these days riders will need to take the cut-through to Ursa Major at the bottom of Beechdrop to begin the loop back up to the Beechdrop trailhead.
