FLSRA - 100 Foot Descent

NOT FOR BEGINNERS! When you start descending, stay on your brakes, but not so much that you tail drag. Otherwise you'll lose control. Watch for roots, loose terrain, ruts, and the trees on both sides of the trail. When you reach the first fire road (part of the cardiac hill climb), you're about halfway. Go across the road and look for the entrance to the longer, and steeper part of the descent.
